Participation in the Theriological Schools

Took part in four workshops of the Ukrainian Theriological Society, since 2015: 21st (Otrokhy, Mizhrychynsky Landscape Park, 2015), 22nd (Bakota, Podilsky Tovtry National Park, 2015), 23rd (Slobozhansky National Park, 2016), and 24th (Odesa, 2017) Theriological schools-seminars.

Scientific interest

Biodiversity, distribution, taxonomy, morphological and craniometrical variability of rodents in the Eastern Carpathians region; natural history museology.

Education

In 2010, completed the full high school course of the Lyceum of Humanities and Natural Sciences of Velyki Berehy (Transcarpathia, Ukraine).
In 2014, earned a BSc diploma with honors in Biology, Uzhhorod National University. Thesis theme: “The Mouse-like Rodents of the Berehovo district of Transcarpathia,” scientific advisor: Korchynskyi, Oleksandr PhD, Associate Professor.
In 2015, earned an MSc diploma with honors in Biology, Uzhhorod National University. Thesis theme: “The Mouse-like Rodents of the Berehovo district and their parasite fauna,” scientific advisor: Kovalchuk, Andryi DSc, Professor.

Qualification work

Since 2015 — a PhD student in the National Museum of Natural History, NAS of Ukraine. Thesis theme: “Rodents of the Superfamily Muroidea in the Ukrainian Carpathians: taxonomy, distribution, morphological variation and composition of communities.” Scientific advisor: Zagorodniuk, Igor PhD, Senior Researcher.
